Virtual “Lab” of Psychodramatic Techniques
Join us for a monthly virtual lab designed for therapists, coaches, experiential practitioners, and students who want to deepen their skills in psychodrama and action methods. We meet on the first Thursday of each month from 8:30–10:00 a.m. PST via Zoom: https://zoom.us/j/4671552863
Each drop-in session offers a mix of teaching, demonstration, and experiential practice in a supportive, low-pressure environment. Together, we explore a range of psychodramatic techniques, strengthen spontaneity and creativity, and learn how to adapt action methods to a variety of settings — from individual sessions to group work, and from trauma healing to family systems and recovery work. These labs are designed to help you integrate psychodrama into your professional practice in real and practical ways.
Whether you are new to psychodrama or looking to refresh and expand your skills, this lab is a place to learn, connect, and grow. A Zoom link will be provided with registration. Come ready to participate as you are able — all levels of experience are welcome.

We heal through connection. This training will teach how to do that at a deeper level, using psychodramatic techniques.
What is Psychodrama?
Psychodrama is one of the oldest group therapies, developed in 1921 by Jacob Moreno. Moreno used a triadic system – sociometry, psychodrama, and group psychotherapy – each of which parts can be effective in addressing complex trauma. Many traumatic memories revolved around relational trauma – harm caused by someone with whom we have a significant relationship with (parents, partners, children, etc.). Psychodrama provides complex trauma survivors with significantly opportunities to renegotiate relational trauma and offer corrective experiences.
This experiential training empowers therapists to guide their clients through healing.
If you are ready to expand your skills, deepen your clinical intuition, and bring new depth to your work with clients, I invite you to this transformational weekend.
