About Kristine

Kristine Jackson, LCSW, CET-II, CEDS, DWCF-C, TEP, PCC, is a seasoned therapist with over 35 years of experience in clinical social work. She graduated summa cum laude with a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and did post-graduate work at UCLAholds certifications in various therapeutic modalities, including play therapy, brainspotting, The Daring Way™ and the highest certification in psychodrama, the designation of Trainer.Educator and Practitioner.

Kristine specializes in trauma, couples work, addictions, eating disorders, and family systems, offering individualized therapy for individuals, couples, and families. Her approach is experiential and somatic, focusing on addressing the root causes of emotional struggles to facilitate healing and growth.

In addition to her clinical practice, Kristine is an author and educator. Her book, Be YOU: Using the Pain Pinball to Go From Wound to Wonder, provides insights into navigating personal challenges and fostering self-discovery.

Kristine offers sessions in her Pacific Beach, California, office, as well as virtual sessions, coaching, corporate trainings and intensives all over the globe. She also provides professional training and supervision for therapists, emphasizing the integration of experiential methods into clinical practice.
